Common billing questions.

What counts as one audit credit?
One credit covers one successful audit run, whether the input is a PDF, image, or text menu. Failed runs (timeout, parse error, system issue) cost zero credits, you just retry.
What happens when my credits run out?
Audits pause once you've used your monthly bucket. Buy a 4-pack ($59) or 10-pack ($129) any time and stack them on your subscription, or wait until your bucket resets on your subscription anniversary day. Pack credits never expire.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset every month and do not roll over. Audit pack credits never expire — buy a pack and use them whenever you need extras.
What counts as a location?
A location is a single restaurant address with one menu. Multi-location operators bill per location at the Group rate, and Group's 4 credits per location per month pool across the whole chain.
I'm a current Pro customer on the old unlimited plan, what changes?
Nothing for the next 12 months. Existing Pro and Group subscribers are grandfathered with unlimited audits through one full year, then transition to the monthly credit model. We'll email well in advance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard. You retain access until the end of your paid period.
Do you offer refunds?
Pro-rated refund on annual plans. No refunds on monthly subscriptions, but you can cancel anytime. If an audit produces a clearly low-confidence output, contact us and we'll refund the credit manually.
Is the audit-defense paper trail included?
Yes. Every Pro audit ships with a SHA-256 hash of the input menu and an ISO timestamp printed in the footer. Re-running the same menu produces the same hash, so you have a dated, comparable record of what was audited and when, the kind of paper trail a regulator or attorney would expect.
How many locations can I add to a Group plan?
